GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If a product is eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, a shipping fee of 120 AED will be applied. This charge will be deducted from the total refund or credit issued.


Products purchased from physical stores are non-returnable. All other items are eligible for return, provided the specified conditions are met.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit and ship it to the store address via courier.

  • REFUND POLICY


To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued if the product is damaged or if the return request is made after 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

The product must include the original tags (if applicable).

The product must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
